Pricing & Scheduling

Please review the following information before booking your dog’s rollerblading session.

How Scheduling Works

All sessions are scheduled in advance and confirmed after booking. Once your session or subscription is purchased, you will receive a scheduling link or direct confirmation to select your preferred dates and times.

We offer flexible scheduling throughout the Denver Metro area, including weekdays and limited weekend availability. Priority scheduling is given to monthly subscription clients.

First-Time Client Intake Form

Before your dog’s first session, all clients must complete a brief intake form. This allows us to tailor each run to your dog’s individual needs and ensure a safe, positive experience.

The intake form includes:

• Dog’s name, age, breed, and weight

• Veterinary history and physical limitations (if any)

• Energy level and exercise experience

• Behavioral notes (leash manners, reactivity, distractions)

• Emergency contact information

Sessions cannot be scheduled until the intake form is completed and approved.

Liability Waiver & Safety Agreement

For everyone’s safety, all clients are required to sign a liability waiver prior to participation. This form acknowledges the physical nature of rollerblading exercise and confirms your understanding of the risks involved.

The liability form covers:

• Assumption of risk related to outdoor physical activity

• Release of liability for injury or unforeseen incidents

• Agreement that your dog is physically fit for high-energy exercise

• Consent for professional handling during sessions

Your dog will not be run until the waiver has been signed.

Weather & Safety Policy

Sessions are conducted weather-permitting. Extreme heat, poor air quality, ice, snow, or unsafe trail conditions may require rescheduling to ensure your dog’s safety. If rescheduling is necessary, we will communicate promptly and work with you to find a new time.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or reschedules

• Late cancellations may result in a forfeited session

• Subscription sessions must be used within the active billing cycle

Drop-Off & Pickup Requirements

Dogs must be:

• Wearing a properly fitted harness (no retractable leashes)

• Up to date on vaccinations

• Ready at the agreed-upon time and location

Clear pickup and drop-off instructions must be provided in advance.
